Directorate for Phase II Construction of the National Holodomor-Genocide Museum

a state-owned enterprise established by an Order of the Minister of Culture of Ukraine in April 2017 and designated as the museum construction project owner. It is the recipient and administrator of budget funds earmarked for the construction

National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide

a legal entity, a State museum preserving the memory of Holodomor victims and telling the story of genocide of the Ukrainian nation of 1932-1933. The National Museum is a heart for commemorating millions of Ukrainians killed in the Holodomor years. The working group, set up on the basis of the Museum, has developed the scientific concept of the exhibit.

International Foundation for the Development of the Holodomor Victims’ Memorial

a charitable organisation, established for engaging Ukrainian and foreign benefactors in the construction and creation of the museum exposition. 
The Foundation, together with the museum, shall be the owner of the working project of the exposition, to be developed by the designer group. In this part, the Foundation shall be in charge for financing the works from the charity funds raised through the fundraising campaign.

Architect group

a group of architects with Project Systems LTD (Kyiv, Ukraine) and Nizio Design International (Warsaw, Poland), the authors of the architectural design of the museum.

Designer group

international companies Nizio Design International, Poland and Haley Sharpe Design, Canada have international expertise in creating museum spaces.

Content group

a team of museologists, historians and specialists in other allied disciplines developing the thematic structure and detailed scenario of the exhibit. The group was brought together by an order of the director general of the National Holodomor-Genocide Museum on the basis of the museum

Expert Academic Board

an advisory body established on the basis of the International Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Holodomor Victims’ Memorial, led by Chief Academic Adviser responsible for compliance by all parties to the museum creation process with the historical narrative, laid into the scientific concept of the exhibit
